W. Jakarta Administration Held Communal Work in Pekojan

West Jakarta Administration together with citizen held communal work to clean water channels at RW 01 and RW 02, Pekojan Urban Village, Tambora Sub-district.

We want all water channels are connected and must not be clogged

West Jakarta Mayor, Anas Effendi said communal work is held routinely once a week. This activity is done to anticipate inundation and flood because of rain intensity is still high. Besides, neighborhood cleanliness and beauty can be maintained.

"We want all water channels are connected and must not be clogged," he said after lead the communal work on Sunday (4/2).

Meanwhile, Pekojan Urban Village, Trio Prasetyo Utomo added there were personnel from Public Facilities and Infrastructure Handling (PPSU), Water Resources Sub-dept.'s PHL, Environment Sub-dept., LMK, and citizens participated in this communal work.

"There are 150 personnel deployed, with addition of two excavators and 2 trucks," he closed.
